How Have You Been Adjusting Being Home?

Happy hello everyone! I wanted to do a different type of "Weekly Discussion". We are all in such a unique situation right now and I want to know what you have been doing to: 

  1. Stay Busy at Home with Activities
  2. Stay Active While at Home
  3. Eat Healthier 
  4. Keep a Positive Mindset

 

I think it is so important to discuss these topics. Everyone has been having SUCH CREATIVE IDEAS! I think it would be extremely helpful to all current and past dieters!
