Rhubarb-Mango Chutney

Ingredients For 4 people () Recipe 1 ITG Aloha Mango Shake Bottle 1 Bag Frozen Rhubarb 2 tablespoon(s) Lime Juice 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon or Allspice Rhubarb-Mango Chutney Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spread out rhubarb in a baking dish.  Pour prepared Mango drink over and add lime juice and cinnamon (use less juice as desired). Bake for 15 minutes covered with foil.  Transfer the mixture to a food processor and slightly blend so it’s still a little chunky.  Top over a piece of fish or chicken!

Ingredients For 4 people () Recipe 1 can heart of palm 3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 3 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley sea salt and black pepper to taste Heart of Palm Dip Directions Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Ingredients For 6 Servings(s) () Recipe 3 packets of ITG mushroom soup 12 ounce(s) veggie broth 2 containers of sliced mushrooms 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon(s) real salt 4 cloves of fresh garlic 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil 8 cup(s) cooked cut green beans 2 packets of Sour Cream & Fine Herb Zippers or White Cheddar Crisps 1/4 cup(s) red onion 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder 1 teaspoon(s) fresh dill Green Bean Casserole Directions Soup Mix - Stir the soup, veggie broth &/or water, black pepper, other spices, some mushroom slices – mix in blender. In 3-quart casserole dish add green beans and mushrooms to soup mix.  Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling....

Flat Bread Crackers

Ingredients For 4 people () Recipe 2 Package, ITG Plain Pancake 3 1/2 fl. oz. water 1/2 teaspoon(s) Redmond's Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon(s) dehydrated minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon(s) rosemary 1/4 teaspoon(s) cracked pepper Flat Bread Crackers Directions In a bowl, mix pancake packets with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and water to a paste-like but spreadable consistency. Spread very thin on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Season top with garlic, cracked pepper, rosemary, and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Faux Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients For 4 people () Recipe 1 Head of fresh cauliflower 1 teaspoon(s) Onion powder (to taste) 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic powder 1 teaspoon(s) Sea salt, to taste 1/2 to 1 packet of ITG Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup Faux Mashed Potatoes Directions Boil or steam the cauliflower until it is very, very soft. Drain the water. Add the seasonings and ½ of any of the soup mixes, or more, to taste. Mash well and serve steaming hot. You want gravy… use the mushroom soup.. It will make wonderful gravy for your mashed cauliflower and over your turkey…. You won’t feel deprived.
