Flat Bread Crackers


For 4 people ()


  • 2 Package, ITG Plain Pancake
  • 3 1/2 fl. oz. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Redmond's Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dehydrated minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cracked pepper

Flat Bread Crackers Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix pancake packets with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and water to a paste-like but spreadable consistency.
  2. Spread very thin on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  3. Season top with garlic, cracked pepper, rosemary, and salt.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
  5. Once golden brown. turn off and let sit in oven approx. 20 minutes more or until you can break apart into cracker pieces.
