Heart of Palm Dip


For 4 people ()


  • 1 can heart of palm
  • 3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Heart of Palm Dip Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with sliced vegetables of your choice, or ITG Flatbread Crackers (see recipe for crackers HERE)
