Recipe
- 1 can heart of palm
- 3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Heart of Palm Dip Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
