2020 ITG Challenges - HAS ENDED

Thank you to all participants of the ITG Challenges! The contest has ended but make sure to take a look at a few of the winners! 

 

Hello everyone and welcome to the 2020 ITG Challenges! We have come up with two different challenges to help keep everyone a little distracted during this time AND to help all dieters with more idea's for exercises, recipes and more! Plus, a free box of ITG foods will be given away each week for our weekly winners for each challenge!

The challenges will continue until Friday May 1st, 2020. Every Friday afternoon I will select the lucky winners! I will contact you directly for you to choose your prize! I will also be adding the winning photo's and video's to our website! Please submit all videos and photo's before 2pmon Fridays to insure you are added in to the weekly drawing! Challenge #1 - ITG Cook Off Challenge

  1. Cook up one of your favorite ITG recipes (make sure to add your own flare such as vegetables, herbs, spices and whatever else you use!)
  2. Simply take a picture of your masterpiece with instructions of how you created your masterpiece!
  3. Submit your photo via email to Bcasalina@veroortho.com
  4. Your name will be entered into a weekly drawing for a free box of ITG food!

Rules:

  • One submission for each challenge per week per dieter (maximum of 2 submissions per week)
  • Cannot submit the same photo of the food more than once
  • Photos must be submitted before 2pm on Friday’s before the drawing for the weekly winner

 

Let’s Get Moving Challenge (Videos)

  1. Complete some type of physical activity such as walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, yoga, dancing, weightlifting, and anything else that gets you moving!
  2. Take a short video of yourself working out or moving!
  3. Submit the video via email to Bcasalina@veroortho.com
  4. Your name will be entered into a weekly drawing for a free box of ITG food!
