- July 3: National Chocolate Wafer Day (Try our ITG Chocolate Wafers!)
- July 4: National Barbecue Day (Enjoy some yummy BBQ with the Walden Farm's BBQ, Honey BBQ and more!)
- July 4: Caesar Salad Day

July 8: National Chocolate with Almonds Day (Try our ITG Diet Chocolate Almond Bar!)
- July 10: National Pina Colada Day (Try our ITG Diet Pina Colada "Mocktail" Shake Bottles!)
- July 11: National Mojito Day (Try our ITG Diet Peach Mojito "Mocktail" Shake Bottle)
- July 13: National French Fry Day (Switch out the starches for Rutabaga or Jicama!)
- July 20: National Ice Cream Sundae Day (Make delicious smoothies, flurries or protein shakes with our ITG Pudding / Shake Mixes)
- July 20: National Lollipop Day (Try Dr. John's Stevia Candies / Lollipops for a delicious sweet treat with little to no sugar!)

- July 28: National Milk Chocolate Day (Try our yummy Chocolate Shake Bottles or, the Chocolate Loves' Pudding / Shake Mix for a tasty chocolate flavored milkshake!)
- July 28: National Hamburger Day (Try using Mushroom caps as your "buns" or, try using grilled eggplant or zucchini! Yum!)
- July 29: National Chicken Wing Day (Enjoy some tasty wings! Add the Walden Farm's BBQ Sauces or, their ranch to dip!)

Just read the new “Newsletter”. Thanks for the new format. I found it much easier to follow. Thanks for the tips regarding alcohol. Great suggestions, especially the vodka. I’m not a big seltzer for tequila person. What I really like is semi-sweet wine, but I may give the vodka a try.
