Turkey is very lean and packed with protein. With only 2 grams of fat and 0 carbs per serving, your dieters can enjoy whole or ground turkey which will keep their weight loss moving along. Remember, turkey bacon is not a lean protein (it contains 2 grams less fat than regular bacon) and should not be eaten in Step 1.
However, in Step 3, your dieters can enjoy turkey bacon as a quick snack:
