Special thanks goes out to Terry for her yummy open faced sandwich!

Open Faced Sandwich 

- ITG Dark Protein Bread (2 or 3 slices)
- Walden Farms Chipotle Mayo
- 2 (or 3)hard boiled eggs
- Alfalfa sprouts (used here)
- lettuce & tomato can be used As well.

Assemble the slices, add a smear of the mayo to each slice, top each slice with sliced egg & sprouts & WaLa - an open sandwich!
