September 1st we will be starting our next ITG Diet Challenge at Vero Orthopaedics. This challenge will be base on RECIPES from the ITG Diet corporate website: ITGDiet.com

CHALLENGE RULES
Our challenge will be for the whole month of September and it will be all about ITG Diet recipes! You can use one of our recipes at ITGDiet.com and make it YUOR way! Follow the recipe or, spice it up a bit! Get creative! You can submit your recipes and pictures and be entered to win our weekly drawing! We will have a weekly winner for each week in September! It could be YOU!
- Your recipe AND picture can be submitted to bcasalina@veroortho.com by Friday!
- You cannot submit the same recipe twice and, it must be an original recipe from ITGDiet.com!
- You can submit up to 2 times per week! That is a total of 8 chances to WIN during the month!!!!
