Step 3 Help - Butter vs Margarine

I get asked this question all the time in Step 3 of the ITG Diet. "Should I go back to butter or, should I use margarine?". The simple answer is YES! You should always try to limit your "fats" intake but, this diet should teach you that our bodies CAN have small portions of dairy or butter and still be successful with maintain your weight! Margarine has always been viewed as an alternative form of butter but, just like artificial sugars, doesn't mean it's a good thing.
