Picking the correct beverage can be difficult but, I wanted to make sure everyone had "options" incase they were in a situation where alcohol is the center focus of an event. Don't waste carbohydrates and sugar on mixers and fruit juices! Try using the Sweet Leaf Water Drops or, the ITG Diet Fruit Drinks. You can even add a little tequilas to our ITG "Mocktails". Try This Ginger Dressing From One Of Our Dieters! Thanks again for sending it over and I cannot WAIT to try this myself!  By: Linda Ginger Dressing Recipe 1 cup onion, chopped 6 tablespoons grated fresh ginger *see tip in Notes below ¼ cup celery, chopped ½ cup carrots, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced 2/3 cup rice vinegar ¼ cup water 2 tablespoons Walden farms 0 sugar ketchup 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce A few drops of stevia 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 cup good quality olive oil Directions Mix  first five ingredients in food processor or blender. Tomato Vinaigrette For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan Ingredients For 4 people () Recipe 1/2 cup(s) Tomatoes (chopped) 2 tablespoon(s) White Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Thyme 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard Tomato Vinaigrette Directions In a blender, blend tomatoes, vinegar, basil, thyme, and mustard until well combined.  To store, transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Shake well before serving.
