I get asked this question all the time in Step 3 of the ITG Diet. "Should I go back to butter or, should I use margarine?". The simple answer is YES! You should always try to limit your "fats" intake but, this diet should teach you that our bodies CAN have small portions of dairy or butter and still be successful with maintain your weight!
