Try This Ginger Dressing From One Of Our Dieters! Thanks again for sending it over and I cannot WAIT to try this myself! By: Linda Ginger Dressing Recipe 1 cup onion, chopped 6 tablespoons grated fresh ginger *see tip in Notes below ¼ cup celery, chopped ½ cup carrots, chopped 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced 2/3 cup rice vinegar ¼ cup water 2 tablespoons Walden farms 0 sugar ketchup 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce A few drops of stevia 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 cup good quality olive oil Directions Mix first five ingredients in food processor or blender.
