New W.W. Cabbage Soup Recipe

Special thank you to Rosemary for getting me in to this yummy version of cabbage soup she remembered from weight watchers! Hope you all enjoy this as much as I did!

 

Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Head of Cabbage - Medium sized
  • 2 Whole Green Peppers
  • 1 Stack of Celery
  • 1 Large Onion ( I added my onion once everything was cooked down for more of a crunch and to make sure I don't release too much sugar from the onions!) 
  • 1 Large Can of Tomatoes ( I used 4 large tomatoes myself to avoid extra added sugars )
  • 1 Box of low sodium chicken broth ( I added some bone broth for extra calcium and collagen support!)

I simply cooked all the ingredients down and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and I added some cayenne for an extra kick! Yum!
