Exercising on the ITG Diet Program

As part of a healthy lifestyle, exercise is a very important aspect of maintaining overall health for life. Since the ITG Diet Plan is all about the science of how the body processes food and uses it for fuel, several factors come into play when trying to incorporate exercise into a daily routine, especially in Step 1. Being active is always important, but when starting out on Step 1 of the program, some modifications to exercise routines should be made to make sure muscle mass is sustained and not lost due to intense physical activity.
